Very helpful staff. Great location and easy to access city attractions, free tram stations and main transportation connection to places outside city. 5-10 mins walk to Victoria Market, QV shopping mall and large-scale supermarkets. Our stayed at 2 bed-rooms type, spacious and good for family.

Rooms we’re very clean. The staff were amazing very friendly, helpful and made us feel right at home. The food was amazing and the bar staff were wonderful. Some of the best service I have bad In years.great value for money. Great location will definitely be back.

room is big and clean. quiet location that near to Victoria market. staffs are helpful. breakfast was good. like the indoor pool and gym . free pick up point from city shuttle service by the skybus. very convenience

We really enjoyed our stay, and honestly, despite being a picky person, I have not a single criticism. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean, modern, and spacious, with a proper kitchen (gas range and hood fan), fully stocked. The WiFi signal was good, the breakfast was worth the pre-booking price of $19, and there were free chocolates in the room. In all my travel, it's the only hotel with a personalized note in the room when I arrived. Laundry is available ($9/load), and reception is available 24hrs (much appreciated when many parts of Australia don't provide this service). About a 10 minutes walk from Southern Cross Station and close to everything. I would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend.

Apart'Hotel that offers all the amenities of home, conveniently located within a very short to major tram routes,the Queen Victoria Market, Asian Grocers and diners. Indoor pool & spa offers a good way to relax after a Long day out. Thank-You

The location was convenient to Flagstaff Railway station, we received an upgrade to our room due to the length of our stay I presume.The amenities were first class- bedding ,kitchen & recreation.The sauna was not working however.Also the lounge in the apartment was a little low to the ground and not that comfy. The staff were very helpful and seemed to go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable.

This hotel is very good. Well priced. Really solid kitchen with everything that you could need. Nice shower, lots of room for taller people and spacious bathroom. Good beds and well made with nice pillows.

My stay was so great and pleasant experience with all the staffs working around the clock. Room was serviced daily, bed are so comfortable to sleep on, kitchenette was kept tidy daily by staff Riddhi. Would really recommend my stay to any travellers going to Melbourne

We stayed at Pegasus for a week just last month and the service was great. We booked a family themed room - my boys just loved the Racing Car theme and the fact they could play video games in their bedroom. We all loved the swimming pool even in the cold of Melbourne winter it's so warm, the boys love the spa as well and I liked the gym. We will stay at Pegasus again.

Pegasus Aparthotel was an excellent place to stay. Situated close to shopping, public transport and great restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable with good self catering facilities and the breakfasts were amazing!!!

I have recommended to two more friends ,who will come to stay in coming OCT , really a very good location with best service and room facility . Arrive anywhere , famours places , all by foot will be enough.

Pegasus is a very good apartment. Very clean, perfect amenities and a great view from the 17th floor. Very close to Queen Vic markets, which is great for foodies. We could easily walk to the city, Carlton and Fitzroy, and the free city circle tram is only a short block away. Beds were very comfortable, nice linen, bathroom was a tad small, but still very functional. Staff were excellent, very friendly and professional and happily gave advice on the sights to see and how to get there. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
