Our indoor heated pool on Level 1 is open year-round and measures about 20 meters long with a uniform depth of 1.4 meters, ideal for laps or family fun. Beside it, the spa features floor jets to help you relax, with a depth of 0.9 meters. The pool is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and our reception team can assist with access outside these hours if needed.

To make it easy to manage your vacation wardrobe, we offer a self-service coin-operated laundry on Level 1. It features three washing machines and three dryers, available 24 hours a day. Detergent can be purchased onsite, and change is available from reception at any time.

The hotel offers limited onsite parking via the A'Beckett Street entrance, with an intercom connecting you to reception. If a space is available, you’ll receive a fob for convenient access during your stay. Parking is $30 AUD per car per night and is strictly first come, first served, as we cannot reserve spaces.

If the car park is full, our reception team can assist with nearby alternatives. Please note that on-street parking around the hotel is very limited.

Pegasus is pleased to offer free wifi for all guests both in their room and around the hotel. Please see our reception team for your password.

Our Executive Lounge, located on Level 20, is complimentary for guests staying in Executive Rooms on the upper floors. With stunning views across Melbourne, it offers a quiet spot to relax and unwind or a convenient space to catch up on work. Tea and a pod coffee machine are available for your use, though alcohol cannot be served due to liquor licence restrictions.

The hotel gym is on Level 1 inside the pool area and features Life Fitness equipment, including treadmills, stationary bikes, a cross trainer, a pinned weight multi-station, free weights, and a weight bench. It is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with reception available for access outside these hours.

For early arrivals and late departures we offer a free secure luggage storage service. Just ask our friendly reception team and they will be happy to assist. Please note that we do not offer long term storage for your items once you have departed from the hotel.

Pegasus Apart'Hotel features its own Hotel Virtual Assistant, created in partnership with Saba Hospitality. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone (no app download required) to access the smart link. Our Virtual Assistant, we call her 'Peggy', uses AI to intuitively answer your questions and is also monitored by real staff for extra support.

Peggy provides details about in-room and hotel facilities, along with useful tourist information to help you make the most of your stay in the city.

Our team at reception are available 24 hours a day to welcome late arrivals. Early departures and handle all of your queries no matter what the time. Check in time is from 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM please check with our team for late check out enquiries.
