Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we'll gladly store your luggage free of charge while you wait. To guarantee access to your room before 3:00 PM, we recommend booking for the previous night. This ensures your room is ready for your arrival. Please contact us if you'd like to explore this option and receive the best available rate.
Enjoy a complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM, subject to availability.For check-outs between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, a fee of $30 per hour applies. Check-outs after 3:00 PM will incur the cost of an additional night's stay. Please let us know if you wish to arrange a late check-out, and we'll update your booking accordingly.
Alternatively, you are welcome to leave your luggage with our reception and continue using the hotel facilities until your departure.
A pre-authorisation (temporary hold) of $100 or $200 AUD is processed as a security deposit to cover any potential extra charges. This hold may remain on your credit card for 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.Once the pre-authorisation is cancelled on our end. The held funds will be released by your bank within 7 - 10 days. Please note that this will appear as the original transaction disappearing from your statement, not as a separate refund. There will be no “refund” on your bank statement as no money was taken from you.
Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day, so a member of our team will always be available to check you in whenever you arrive.
Onsite parking is very limited and costs $30 per night. Availability is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be pre-booked as we have limited spaces, especially during weekends and holidays when it often fills up quickly.If our car park is full, our reception team will be happy to assist you with directions and information for nearby alternative parking options, which are similarly priced.
Our pool, spa, and gym are located on Level 1 and are open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Access to these facilities requires your room key.

Yes, we have an onsite restaurant called Brentani serving buffet breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily. Our café/bar is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM with happy hour daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Extra rollaway beds are available in our Two Bedroom and Executive Apartments only, at a cost of $40 per night, subject to availability and payable upon arrival. Portable cots and high chairs are available for an additional charge of $10 per night, also subject to availability. Please let us know if you would like to add either of these to your reservation.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct airport pick-up or transfer services. However, here are some convenient transportation options:
Skybus: This airport bus service operates from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Avalon Airport to Southern Cross Station in the city. Tickets can be purchased upon arrival at the airport or online at https://www.skybus.com.au/. From Southern Cross Station, we are approximately a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk.
Taxi: Taxi services are readily available at the designated ranks outside the arrival terminals at both airports. Fares typically range from $50 to $70 for a standard 4-seater taxi, depending on traffic conditions.
Rideshare (Uber, etc.): You can also easily book rideshare services through their respective apps upon your arrival at the airport.
