Once your information is no longer needed, we ensure it is securely disposed of. You have the right to access your personal information by contacting us. Please note that we may be obligated to retain certain data even after our relationship ends.
We do not transfer your personal information outside the country unless legally permitted. Sensitive information, such as health or racial background, is only collected when allowed by law.
Our privacy policy is subject to change as we adapt to evolving laws and guest needs. We encourage you to review it periodically. If you have concerns regarding your privacy, please feel free to contact our General Manager with your complaints.
As all reservations are confirmed and guaranteed, please ensure any cancellations or amendments are made within 24hrs (prior to 2:00pm the day before arrival). A fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged if we do not receive a cancellation or amendments within this time period.If settling your account by credit card, you will be required to present your card at check in. Any credit card payments have a 1.5% surcharge applied. At this time you will be required to settle the entire cost of accommodation and a provide a pre authorisation (temporary hold of funds) security deposit of additional $100 (Studios) or $200 (Apartments) or $500 (Penthouse) as a guarantee for any additional charges incurred during your stay.
Please note, upon check out should you opt to use an alternate method of payment to settle your account, the Pre authorisation may last up to 5-7 business days depending on your credit card issuer.If you prefer to settle your account by cash or EFTPOS you will be required to settle the entire cost of accommodation and a refundable security bond of $200 (Studios) and $500 (Apartments) at the time of check in. Please allow an additional 10 minutes upon departure to have your room inspected for the bond to be refunded.
Check In Policy: Check in is available from 3:00pm and departure time is before 11:00am.
Any requests outside of these times will be based on availability only, however we will make every effort to meet your requirements. If needed we can store your luggage on the hotel premises either before check in or after check out.Advance Purchase/ Non refundable
Cancellation Policy: Promotional deals are required to have full deposit paid at the time of booking. Please be advised that all card payments have a 1.5% surcharge applied.
Cancellation fee is the full value of stay - refer to Terms and Conditions of rate booked. Failure to make full payment within 48 hours of time of booking will result of cancellation of booking
Long Stay Policy: Minimum stay 28 nights for this rate to apply. Maximum of 3 months. Non fulfilment of original and intended length of stay will prompt an early cancellation fee of 7 days accommodation. We will issue the long term contract 14 days prior to arrival for your reference. The long stay contract is required to be signed upon check-in plus 2 weeks rent. $250 security bond payable at the time of check-in. This is refunded upon check-out provided no damage or extras to the room. Long stay accounts must be in credit of one weeks rent at all times. The hotel reserves the right to ask you to vacate by providing 7 days’ notice.
Smoking Policy: Pegasus Apart’ Hotel is a non-smoking environment. Should smoke be discovered a cleaning surcharge of up to $200 will apply to return the building to a smoke free environment.
