    Please check with the team when you arrive at the hotel, A later checkout may be possible depending on the movements for that day and there may be a small fee.

    Yes we have luggage storage facilities onsite where we can store your luggage prior to and after check out.

    There are several options, the first is the Skybus from the airport (both Melbourne and Avalon Airport) the second is by private taxi arranged at the airport or by other paid services such as Uber or DiDi.

    Yes we have limited secure car parking available onsite for $30 per day, should the car park be full our friendly reception team will be able to assist you with options closeby.

    We are a full service hotel, our reception is staffed 24 hours a day so there is always somebody there to assist you.

    We guarantee our rooms to be available from 3pm onwards. If you are arriving prior to this, please contact us to let us know. We will try to have rooms ready for an early arrival but we cannot guarantee it.

    Our check out time is 1100 hrs. A later checkout may be possible depending on the movements for that day and there may be a small fee.

    Upon check in we will ask for valid photo ID and payment / security deposit via credit card. The name on the reservation must match the person checking in, if this is not the case please contact the hotel ahead of time. Please note that for cash paying guests a bond will be required. Please speak with our staff if you require more information.

    Some of our room categories are only on the lower floors of the building. If you would prefer a room on a higher floor it is best to reserve one of our “Executive Rooms” which are located on the top 3 floors of the hotel.

    We guarantee our rooms to be available from 3pm. Please feel free to let us know if you are arriving early and we can do our best to have the room ready for you, however we cannot guarantee this.

    If you arrive early, and the room is available then an early check in may be possible.

    Yes, we have baby cots available, there is an additional charge for a baby cot.

    Our guest rooms are refreshed daily with a linen change occurring after each 3 nights (except for guests staying on a long stay rate where they are serviced weekly).

    Yes, the hotel has elevators which can be accessible from any floor, including the car park levels.

    Our studio rooms are not suitable for extra beds and are strictly limited to two people. However, extra beds can arranged for some other room types. There is an additional charge for an extra bed.

    All of our guest rooms have a kitchenette. This consists of a two burner gas top, a microwave oven and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

    We do not have rooms with interconnecting doors, rather we will do our best to place family or social groups as close as possible.

    No we do not have rooms with balconies.

    Pegasus is strictly a non smoking hotel.

    Yes, we have Brentani Italian Restaurant on-site which offers a true taste of Italy with our all Italian team led by Chef Fiorenzo Riccelli delivering truly authentic Italian dishes, big servings reasonably priced . It is open for dinner daily from 5:00pm-9:00pm. We are also open for Buffet Breakfast from 6:30am-10:30am and if you pre-book direct 24 hours prior to arriving it is only $20 per Adult ( the best priced breakfast in Melbourne CBD). Otherwise you can book on check-in for $24.  Our cafe/bar is open from 630am-10:00pm and we have a happy hour of $10 pints and glasses of wine daily from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

    The hotel has complimentary wifi available in all guest rooms and public areas.

    The hotel has a large indoor swimming pool and gymnasium on level one as well as a self service guest laundry and limited on site car parking. In addition there are several small meeting rooms available for hire and external catering can be arranged to suit your budget and requirements.

    For your safety and convenience the hotel offers 24 hour reception so you can arrive at your leisure and know there is someone there to assist you whenever needed.

    Yes! We are so pleased you asked. We have a Hotel Chat Bot called Peggy! All you need to do is take a photo of the QR code in your room or on your hotel key card wallet and you will automatically be taken to the link. No need to download anything!

    The Chat Bot also contains useful information on the facilities in your room and throughout the hotel. The guide can also be used to order food and beverage or speak with hotel staff : ask questions, request room items or amenities or order food to be picked up at the bar.     All guest rooms have a maximum number of people prescribed, depending on their size. We kindly ask that all guests staying in the room be registered.
